Elisa’s mission is to help people improve overcome hesitations or awkwardness and reach out to people to be kind and supportive – be it friends, family, acquaintances or people they don’t even know personally. Her philosophy is that there is always a choice you can make when facing difficult situations with people – whether it be at work, with friends and family or going about your day. The choice is to have empathy and be kind instead of blowing up and getting angry.

Elisa has facilitated many workshops on building corporate culture while working at Mondelez International. She also has experience developing and leading training workshops. It all begins with understanding the needs of the group/organization and then developing a program to address these needs to inspire and stimulate new thinking and perspectives – both for the individual and how the team/group can work together more effectively. She has also moderated Survivor Speaks at middle schools and high schools and has experience engaging students.
